DELI TURKEY BREAST ROLL (COOKED, COLD)

 Australian turkey breast de-boned & rolled with our delicious family recipe stuffing made with seasonal ingredients such as cranberries, pistachio, parmigiano, fresh herbs, sourdough crumbs & much more. It’s then rolled and wrapped in thinly sliced pancetta and baked. Our turkey can be served cold or gently re-heated (in its cryovac bag) on the day. DELI CHICKEN | BALLOTINE
COOKED, COLD)

Using local, whole fresh chickens, we de-bone, stuff and roll with our aromatic, festive stuffing (just as our turkey breasts).

 

OPTIONS: Sold as a whole (2-3kg+). You may also order it RAW ready to cook at home. Nut / Gluten Free available on request

PORCHETTA ROLL
(ROLLED PORK LOIN ROAST)

Australian pork-loin seasoned with our own Italian cheese, breadcrumb & fresh herbs stuffing mix. Cooked and sold by the piece.

 

OPTIONS: Sold as a whole (up to 10kg) OR Pieces (1.5 kg+) Also available RAW to cook at home (if opting for Raw: Min 3.0 kg piece)

DELI HAMS
(BAKED & GLAZED OR PLAIN)

BAKED & GLAZED OR PLAIN (Premium Leg ham or Gooralie (free-range)). Australian and of premium quality, our hams are delicious and juicy. De-boned with a ‘shank’ at the end with a weight range of 7 – 10 kg (Gooralie can be larger). Smaller hams are available, but sell out fast.

 

IF OPTING FOR A GLAZED HAM: Our glazed & baked hams are super-popular with nothing to do but unwrap and serve. They may be re-heated, but we recommend they be served cold. Alternatively, we can supply you with a plain (undressed) ham for you to take home and serve ‘as is’ or glaze and bake yourself on the day. The choice is yours, please ask us!

 

OPTIONS: Sold whole (7-11 kg) OR halves ½’s (from 4kg+)

(GIN & DILL-CURED)

House - cured Fresh Tasmanian salmon. Hand-sliced and served as an appetizer, on bread boiled potatoes or with a crisp salad. (comes cryovacced) Limited stock available

We make our lasagne with simple, premium-quality Italian-style ingredients without preservatives or artificial additives - just like all our meals! Our lasagnes can be provided to you uncooked (frozen) ready for you to thaw and cook at home OR cooked, cold.
